Nancy Drew Adventures in Paris

Nancy Drew Adventures in Paris

“We chased Ashley’s stolen cell phone through Paris. The thieves called my phone and agreed to give it back with a reward. We met them at the Eiffel Tower.

I stayed with police, Michelle was on look out for us all and Ciindy and Ashley met with the man to get the phone.  When he handed it over, Ashley took it and ran! That’s how we roll. Why pay for something that’s yours lol We were a ball of emotions but man alive. one thing this trip didn’t lack was adventure.

Hey Everyone!

I just wanted to touch base and let you all know what I’ve been up to this past week and a bit. Some of you may remember that I earned diamond parliament status with Origami Owl which earned me a trip to France.
Let me tell you, that this trip was a trip of a lifetime and O2 completely and utterly spoiled us.
We took a luxury vacation starting in Monte Carlo through to the country side in the south of France and then finishing off in Paris. I have never had so much on a adventure before. So much history was seen and learned. We had a taste of what it’s like to live the lifestyle of the rich and famous but most of all we created unbreakable bonds.

This company is so full of love and I’m so blessed. Here are a few highlights from our trip ❤️

For some reason I never took my good camera to France and I’ll always regret that. However I’m an excellent iphoneographer and still managed to get some pretty awesome shots!

Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea at sunrise has got to be one of my favourite parts of Monte Carlo. That and the fact that roads literally sparkled.

These bottom pics of Ashley and I were actually taken by Michelle Carrier with her phone. She will never forgive me for not saying that since I love them so much!

We visited the Aqueduct, Pont Du Garde the morning before catching the speed train to Paris. The Romans had a 35mile long pipe line (tunnel) to get water to their village and the arches were built for this purpose. It was truly incredible.

PARIS!!!

What a gorgeous city filled with amazing history and architecture. I learned and saw a lot with the time we had but I definitely need to go back! The rich food of Europe wasn’t good for my stomach so getting to Paris and finding their fancy McDonalds was so rewarding. I shouted with joy when I entered. I was in lala land the entire time we were in France just trying to soak up all that I could and documented as much as I could. That way I could always remember what I saw and did.  We went to the Musee D’Orsay and saw incredible art including Monet and Van Goh. Explored a bit of Notre Dame, bought art, shopped at amazing stores, went to the top of the Eiffel tower.
Fun fact is we were there when the Kardashians were there. They drove past our hotel the day before the “incident”.

Our last evening was spent on a roof top that over looked the Eiffel Tower. Every ten minutes it would light up for it’s light show. It was a truly magical evening I’ll never forget. Paris is definitely a city worth seeing if you’re into adventure and amazing history. Give yourself entire days to see places such as The Palace of Versailles and Louvre. We didn’t get to see them because we didn’t have the time frames to allow that but I can’t wait for when I go back.
